These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Creative Copilot ("Service"), operated by Creative Copilot ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Creative Copilot is an AI-powered creative partner for marketing workflows. The Service allows you to:

  • Create and manage creative projects
  • Generate AI-assisted marketing content and prompts
  • Review, approve, and manage creative assets
  • Conduct competitor and market research
  • Receive notifications about workflow status

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Content Ownership

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, submit, or create using the Service, including prompts, briefs, images, and project data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and deliver the Service.

4.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI through the Service is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of AI-generated content.

4.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without permission
  • Circumvent usage limits or access controls

6. AI Disclaimer

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You should always review and verify AI outputs before relying on them. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

8. Payment and Billing

If the Service includes paid plans, billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Copilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Creative Copilot. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand assets.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
